Important Update – UTI Diagnosis and Treatment from 1st November

From 1st November, there will be a small change in how we diagnose and treat urinary tract infections (UTIs) at Branch End Surgery.

If you are a female aged 16-64, you can now get treatment directly from the pharmacy without needing to see a doctor. Everyone else will need to book an appointment with a doctor.

Please note that we will no longer accept urine samples for possible infection without a prebooked appointment. This helps us keep everyone safe and ensures you receive the right care.

You can also visit local hubs or walk-in centres if that’s more convenient for you.
