Physical accessibility

We have made our building a welcome place for our patients to visit. If you use a wheelchair, we have everything to make your visit comfortable. We also have two parking spaces reserved for you – one right in front of the surgery and one in our carpark. Downstairs, we have consulting rooms, wide automatic doors and an accessible toilet. Please just ask the receptionist if your prefer to be seen downstairs.

If you are hard of hearing we have an induction loop fitted.

How to make a complaint

The Practice Manager is responsible for handling comments, suggestions and complaints about any service provided by the practice.

All constructive comments and suggestions will be considered by the practice

All complaints will be recorded and acknowledged within three working days of receipt. Where a complaint is made about a doctor, the patient will be able to discuss this with another doctor in the practice, if preferred.
