Test results
We operate a ‘no news is good news policy’ meaning that, when you’ve had any investigations (e.g. blood tests, an x-ray or a scan), we will generally not contact you if the results are within normal limits.
Once a doctor has reviewed and filed your test results, you can view them yourself:
· in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App).
· in your System One Online account.
· phone or visit us between 10am to 4pm and we will tell you what the results are.
If any test results suggest that you need treatment, or further action, we will be in touch with you.
