How To Order Your Prescriptions

There are a number of ways which a repeat prescription can be requested:

Online

This is the easiest way to order your prescription. You need to have access to our online services (Patient Access or the NHS App) but, once registered, you can order repeat prescriptions online any time day or night 365 days a year.

Calling the Practice

If you do not have the facility to order your prescription online you can call the practice on 01661 842 626, between 11am – 3pm

Dropping your side slip off at reception

This service is only for items that are on your side slip: requests for further supplies of any other medication that you have had off a clinician will need to be agreed by a GP and may require a consultation – please contact reception in this case.

Please allow 3 working days for your prescription to be processed. 

We are a dispensing practice.

We can issue acute (antibiotics etc) and repeat medication directly from the surgery, saving the need to go to a pharmacy. This only applies to people who live more than one mile from their nearest chemist.
